[交流] 下载论坛附件扣金币

1.论坛要发展,关键还是要靠论坛里的每一个成员的积极性,为提高大家发贴积极性,我认为下载论坛附件进行扣金币,为避免新会员的减少,对3级以下的会员实行特殊政策,少扣或不扣其金币,等他们到3级以后,再实行,毕竟新会员是论坛的生力军....
2.建议论坛关闭注册，实行周末开放注册，一个星期只一天的时间给予开放注册，其它时间只能邀请注册，同时要提高对邀请码购买费，让会员珍惜贵号．
